Hi everyone! I've been intrigued by cake decorating for awhile. I've watched food network challenge for years and I always wanted to know how to make "the NICE cakes". I didn't really get serious about actually creating cakes until about two years ago. I took the wilton basic cake courses and that was all she wrote! I enjoy cake decorating and definitely want to learn as much as I can!
