Sharing a common passion for sewing, we saw the need for commercial sewing patterns for two classic styles that were all the rage at the time – the “Swag and Jabot” and the “Balloon Shade”. McCall's quickly signed us on as licensees and Home Dec In A Sec was born. Over 4 million patterns have been sold worldwide to date.
In addition, we wrote the Window Treatments Idea Book for Taunton Press. This book continues to be a favorite resource among homeowners and decorators looking for a visual digest of the latest ideas and products in window décor.
We both run local custom window treatment businesses and are always incorporating creative details and trends in our Home Dec In A Sec pattern line so that you, our loyal sewists and clients, will have beautiful rooms to come home to at the end of the day.
