I've been a creative creature all my life. My earliest memories are of making collages and dolly peg dolls, writing and illustrating little books, painting, drawing, sewing, weaving and generally making great big enormous messes and having lots of fun doing it. Nothing has changed, really, the projects are just more ambitious! And the messes are bigger and take longer to clean up!

My earliest memories are of making collages and dolly peg dolls, writing and illustrating little books, painting, drawing, sewing, weaving and generally making great big enormous messes and having lots of fun doing it. Nothing has changed, really, the projects are just more ambitious! And the messes are bigger and take longer to clean up!
These days, I'm a basket maker (when my hands will let me) and I'm learning to design fabric on the computer while my silkscreens and lino blocks gather dust in the shed.
