I enrolled in my first cake decorating class in May 2011 and have since done several night courses in cake decorating. Yes I have caught the bug. I now belong to a local cake decorators guild and also the New Zealand Cake Decorators Guild. There never seems to be enough hours in the day for my cake decorating, especially since word got out about my skills I seem to be getting a commissioned job every week.
