As an adult I have come back to knitting and have more patience to keep at a pattern until I can master it. I recently have ventured into using other yarns besides acrylic worsted weight (which I still like), as well as knitting socks and gloves. I have a group of knitters that meet in my home once a week and it is a lot of fun to share the things I know and am learning with them.
I also sewing and have recently started doing sewing and alterations for friends.
