I have crafted from my childhood. My mother taught me to sew, and encouraged my participation in 4-H Club. My projects were always sewing! It seems I have sewed forever, and still love the sense of accomplishment, the beauty of fiber and fabric, and the challenge to make something beautiful for far less than I could buy it ready-made. I now sew for my home, for my eight precious grandchildren, and once in awhile for myself.
