My husband is owner of a catering company and he did all the wedding cakes when we married in 2004. I insisted on learning to decorate cakes with him after that and he taught me all he knew. Since then I have learned how to do Fondant and Gumpaste all on my own with help from tutorials and small seminars. My husband recently built me a room all for my sugar work. I'm so excited to be using it and making such beautiful edible art!!
