I starting crocheting when I was around 5-6 years old. I have always enjoyed making, giving and using projects that I or others have made. I learned how to sew in 4-H on my 4=H Leader's treadle sewing machine. I pretty much didn't use these skills until after I was in the Military. Then I used them and new ones I learned for my friend's, or my family. I really enjoy teaching someone a skill. It's so rewarding!! I now am a 53 year old "Young" Grandmother with our 22nd & 23rd babies next year! Life keeps it's challenges. I envy you that have the time to make these patterns and are able to get them written down for others to use. I'm S-L-O-W-L-Y getting used to using the computer as a source.
