My grandmother taught me to crochet and we learned to knit together when I was about 12 years old. I also cross stitch, needlepoint, make ribbon flowers, and enjoy paper folding. I learned to needle tat last year and have enjoyed tatting even more than any other craft I have ever done and find it easy to convert shuttle patterns to the needle but I want to be able to shuttle tat as well....... at the present time I am mostly tatting ring ... I can tat rings and chains but nothing very complicated.
