I have been quilting for ten years now and love it. I have made lots of quilts for kids in a desperate need in our local schools as well as 12 quilts that were sent to Africa last year. I had an accident in 2007 that left me with no use in half of my right hand, luckily my thumb and first finger were not affected and I can still quilt even though I cannot return to my nursing career.
