I am a Pastry Chef/Baker in training. I went too college for culinary but after graduating figured out I preferred baking and pastry more. I love both so feel free to talk either too me! Cake decorating and sugar artistry is new to me, but I want to be a well rounded and skilled pastry chef, so I am exposing myself to as many mediums as I can, trying to get a fairly strong understanding of them all, and then honing my skills in on a few.
