We have been stationed for the last 6 years in Wiesbaden Germany. I keep my sanity by quilting every day. I just love it. I know even after about 75 quilts big and small, I needed some professional help. I am so happy I took the class. I order all my fabric on the internet, which is god send. There is a cute little quilt shop close by my house, but the cost of the fabric is about 60% higher. We reside in a huge house, and the upstairs (attic) is my studio. I have several sewing machines, but I use the Viking Mega quilter the most. I fits on a long arm table and I do my own quilting. The dream is to get a gammil, but not on a government salary. We will be here (2012) another year and hope to retire next year March and will reside again in Virginia or home of record.
