May 2012: My first craft class was crazy lace cardigan, wanted to break free of patterns and the course has been wonderful.
In between: Adopted a stray bashed up kitty who has now settled and loves playing with my wool. Have been yarn bombing and trying to use my material stash by sewing pyramid bags for charity Have found time to join a local knit and knatter group which I attend with my Auntie who is an amazing knitter. Have learnt so much in the crochet and knitting field. People have been so generous with their knowledge.
December 2012: Treated myself to the broomstick crochet course, had planned to knit myself some socks over Christmas but I am hooked. I want to crochet that cardi, but until I can afford the correct wool. I am toying with frogging a crochet tunic I have made but very rarely wear, and I have a broom handle to work on.
Loves: Husband and my cats!
