I started sewing in my early teens, made all my clothes through high school, then stopped creating for about 30 years! About ten years ago I started again, first with gourds, then dabbled in art quilts. Recently, I've been exploring watercolor, but this stitch and slash process is captivating, and I can't wait to get started. Lots of batiks in my stash, so here's hoping!
