Mom of 3 girls, Greek husband, living in London for the past 17 years with 2 years break..when we decided to live in Athens Greece.
My Italian origins and a mum that cooks very well, always kept me quite aware of the beauty of cooking and the excitement around a dinner table full of goodies! After the arrival of my 3rd child, I abandoned the idea to go back to a full time job I found myself spending more time in the kitchen and discovering the "baking experience"! I can just summarizing it in few words: I LOVE IT!
I love the feeling to pull out from the oven a hot cake full of aroma and packed with fresh ingredients, wait anxiously to cool down and start decorating!
I read some books, got inspired by ideas from the internet, viewed videos and attended courses to learn recipes and decoration techniques. On 18th March 2012 I created my first cake covered with sugarpaste, then visited Cake International Exhibition in London. Since then I make time every day to read, watch or create something to do with cakes. On 9th May 2012 I created the site www.bakeacake4me.com and open a facebook page as www.facebook.com/bake4me.
I am driven by a passion that keep me researching and experimenting new ideas, innovative recipes and techniques. My objective is to create the perfect cake for each special occasion.
