I have been crafting all sorts of things since I quite young, most of my family members are artists of one degree or another but I didn't quite fit that mould . I have been crafting all sorts of things since I quite young, most of my family members are artists of one degree or another but I didn't quite fit that mould . I started out with poetry and stories, a little bit of drawing but I wasn't passionate about it. I then started cooking and baking and enjoyed it until I went into the restaurant business and quickly lost my love of preparing food for the masses, especially since I did not have the opportunity to be creative in someone elses kitchen. I then picked up a sewing machine and started playing around with it, began sewing up medieval garb costumes without patterns and so forth and tried my hand at home decor items and I didn't love it very much either since I wasn't happy with anything. Presently I have 'discovered my bliss' in quilting.... I LOVE TO QUILT!!!!! I have never been as passionate or as addicted to anything as I am to quilting.
