I learned to knit in Junior High about 56 years ago and have been an avid knitter for years.. I always loved looking at the handmade clothing and quilts at the state fairs when my children were real young. Years ago in Michigan I watched Carol Duvall on TV in Detroit area and she hooked me on crafting. I began taking all kind of craft classes, from ceramics to tatting. In the 1970s I
finally made my way to quilting and over the years have made many quilts as gifts for my children, grandchildren, relatives and friends. I can't leave a quilt shop or a yarn shop without adding to my stash. I am in awe of the beautiful projects that crafters have shared on Craftsy. Thank you for refueling my desire to quilt. So much fabric and yarn and oh so little time in the day as I still work full time.
