When our children were born I starded doing more crafting and machine applique projects even teaching machine applique for a local quilt shop. With reluctance I took a hand quilting class since I was now working part time in the shop, then I was hooked. My first couple of projects were hand quilting. Then I took my machine applique into a quilt. Then I started making more pieced quilts. Now I want to profect my maching quilting on my home machine. I love making quilts and have tryed to emprove with each one. I still do love hand quilting and think everyone should try to do one but I also feel that the piecing and machine quilting done today is just as rewarding and hane work.
