When I turned 25 years old, I decided it was time I learned how to do something crafty. I had always been a hands-on type person but had never learned any of the skills. I could sew on a button if I had to but that was it! I bought a book on how to knit, with lots of pictures and the rest is history! I have been knitting up a storm ever since!

I like to see fast results and I have so many project ideas in my head that I prefer to create smaller items like mittens or hats over larger items like afghans or blankets. I also enjoy knitting slippers, golf club covers and baby items.
