I'm a grant coordinator and distribute grants to legal agency's for the poor in the state of Florida. How I got started in cake decorating. My spouse and I have been competing in BBQ competitions since 2002 and some of the competitions have dessert entry's which I competed in as well. In order to step up the cakes I've entered I needing to create a better presentation of my cakes. Using fondant and chocolate helped me win many competitions.
