In norway the traditional birthday - wedding or any cake is soft spong cake fillled with berries and whipped heavi cream, covered and decorated in marzipan.. For a few years now we are taking after the american cakes and make more of the decorated firm cakes as chocolate ang so on. But we never have a party with out the traditionale marzipan cake.
I want to learn and maybee some day I will be able to make any cake or construction i want.
