My name is Tiffany Wilson and I own and operate TiffAmis. Two incredible friends taught me to crochet in 2010 and I've been "hooked" since then. I learned at the beginning of winter and went a little crazy making scarves for everyone, then a baby blanket for my niece. Scarf season doesn't last long in Texas, though, and as the temperatures climbed into the 90's and then 100's, I couldn't think about working on and sitting under another blanket. I fell in love with amigurumi and began designing and making them for my children, their friends, and the kids at school. I've been fortunate to be involved in many successful shows and am excited to be making money selling on-line. I am a rich mom with five wonderful, crazy children, ages 8-16. They are my inspiration and my consultants on all things cute. I have a BA in French and an MBA in finance, but have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 15 years. You can usually find me crocheting while watching the Texas Rangers or a horror film, surrounded by yarn and my sketch book of ami drawings. I also love my part-time job: teaching gymnastics. I am inspired by color and shape, fueled by burgers, pasta and Netflix (especially Supernatural and Dr. Who), and am a total geek (see last parentheses). My philosophy - I am committed to excellent design, exceptional craftsmanship, and stupendous customer service.
