I am an avid gardener and sewer. Both are meditation for me. I live on the Cobscook Bay with my husband and two big dogs and I am blessed to see the ocean from over my sewing machine. When I am not working, gardening or sewingI love to run! There is a peace that comes from moving your body through space with nothing but the sound of your feet on the ground and the wind in your ears.
