I don´t really know how the crafting started. My mom told me I carried around a little purse with yarn with me when I was about 4 years old. Somewhere it became knitted and crocheted and I remember taking it up again as a teenager and trying to knit half a sweater.

I don´t really know how the crafting started. My mom told me I carried around a little purse with yarn with me when I was about 4 years old. Somewhere it became knitted and crocheted and I remember taking it up again as a teenager and trying to knit half a sweater.
I have tried lots of different stuff (aquariums, gardening, photographing, hair cutting, card making, sewing) and just recently, when I got children, I started to knit again. Now it feels as if yarns and fabric has moved into my life (and house) for good. I feel very lycky to have realized my need for a creative life, so I can now spend all my spare time with this as a form of mindfulness.
