I am the mother of 6 girls and 1 boy. I also am blessed with 18 grandchildren ranging in age from 13 to 30. I have made a quilt for each one as they graduate high school to take to college - 15 to date. I got started quilting when my daughter received 2 quilts for her twins that fortunately were not designer nor perfect so I had the courage to try it for myself. I had done a lot of sewing for my 6 daughters - I knit sweaters for my son.
