All my working life I have been buying craft related 'stuff' for "When I Retire". Well I have been retired and living here in rural France since 2007, and I love it. I also enjoy lots of other crafts, Cross Stitch, Blackwork, Knitting, Polymer Clay, Watercolours, Spinning, Weaving, Silk Painting, Dyeing, Beading etc etc.
I have recently started a 'Craft Day' once a month where I invite other people who may or may not have done crafts before to come and share my workshop and materials and try something new and be inspired. It's working well so far, and I have between 6 and 12 people on Craft Day. It helps our local community some as well, we will be working as a team to make banners, Aprons, Glass Painted jars as flower vases for the local Fete in August.
