I am light hearted, silly and I LOVE the creative process. Sewing, quilting, jewelry making, painting, DIY projects, and entertaining friends occupy my creative time. This journey began, like so many, at my Grandmas knee as she taught me how to crochet. Shortly there after, my Aunt handed me cut out quilt block pieces and said, "Go, sew!" I did. And made many of my clothes in school, began seriously quilting when our first child came along 25 years ago and have never stopped. I had a sewing studio in our home for 8 years in Texas where I taught children and women alike, sewing and quilting. When my husband and I moved to Oregon I found a group of ladies and joined them in teaching inmates quilting:

Transitionally, I moved to Austin for a while where created Freeform heavily beaded bracelets and sold them on Etsy. Then my husbands career took us to New England! Since then we have settled into living in New Hampshire where I have just finished serving as V-P of my local quilting guild. Within the guild a few of us started a challenge art quilt group and you can see our work at:

We are looking at heading back home to the south so, I am excited to see where the adventure will take us next!! :)
