My great granddad taught me to knit when I was nine years old and my mom taught me to crochet when I was twelve years old. I taught myself to sew when I was a young newlywed in 1974. I'm drawn to beautiful fabrics and yarns and love to create items for my family and friends. I also enjoy embroidery, beadwork and quilting.
