Although I'm a beginner in quilting, I have made 3 quilts. Each one has it's own flaws but I'm getting better. My first one was made with six squares in the size of 18" x 22". Although I'm a beginner in quilting, I have made 3 quilts. Each one has it's own flaws but I'm getting better. My first one was made with six squares in the size of 18" x 22". I had no idea how to start, until I watched a You Tube Video starring Jenny Doan. She makes quilting look so easy. I was quite proud of this first quilt to which I gave to my new daughter-in-law. She loved it :) The second one was made after watching Jenny make a "Quilt as You Go" quilt. This one I found quite easy to do. It ended up just a little crooked, but I love it. This one I'm keeping. The 3rd one was a baby quilt made with the same instructions. Looked pretty nice and the Mother to Be loved it. I'm really getting into this quilting thing. I have also just signed up with an online class with Jenny Doan. She's a doll and I love watching her & listening to her. Maybe...just maybe I'll be almost as good as she is!
