I had to retire from nursing due to a balance problem,so inbetween helping take care of my 88 yr old Alzheimers Mothers and my grandson who I have helped raise since he was three weeks old, I took up quilting about 6months ago. I have found out that it has been a great stress realeaser. I just love designing and making everything fit.
