I was always interested in art and sewing but growing up I had no one to help me pursue my dreams in those fields. Today I work full-time as a secretary to the principal in a high school. I have two grown sons - one who lives at home with my husband and I while he pursues his career. If I could, I would sew/craft most of the day each day. I have two grown sons - one who lives at home with my husband and I while he pursues his career. If I could, I would sew/craft most of the day each day. I love learning new project but there aren't any quilt stores around where I live. I just love watching the Craftsy class and then running to my craft room and practice what I was taught. I sew/craft alone so it's not as much fun as it could be doing it with others. The NJ Quilt Fest in Somerset New Jersey is at the end of this month (February 2012) and I am taking a needle felting class that I am looking forward to.
