Quilting allows me to be a giving, caring person. Its the medium I use to teach my grandchildren so many life skills: hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, math, color theory, decision making, learning from and correcting mistakes, patience, planning, and the satisfaction that comes from creating something totally their own. Quilts are what I give to those who are on my Forever list.
