I bought an amazing new sewing machine, about a year and a half ago, after retiring from a 30+ year career as a social worker. Initially I was into machine embroidery, but now have become obsessed with quilting. I learned to sew as a child and was involved in 4-H in Ohio. I have always made garments and home decor, but quilting is my true passion. I also enjoy knitting and watercolor painting.
