Started quilting in 2004, after finding two nearly completed quilt tops from my mother who had passed away in 2003. I took local classes to learn enough to finish Mom's quilts, and have never stopped. Mom did everything by hand, and was a "waste not, want not" person who loved using scraps. I started doing everything by machine, but also love scrappy quilts and putting fabrics together is becoming one of my favorite parts.
