My Quilting skills has nothing to do with me but more to do with my good genes and good friends.Both my Grandmas loved to sew,knit or crochet and for them it was a necessity in India (especially since one of them had 14 kids).I remember one of them taking old saris and torn up blankets and transforming them into the coziest "quilts' for us.And the other one making sweaters for us.So I always had this inherent need to sew.( It helped that both my parents teach math for their second jobs -hence my geometry skills were from them. ) When I first came to America I was fascinated with the quilts and knew I had to learn.So I joined my Vineyard Quilters group at Church in the fall of 2010 and then the addiction began!!!!
