Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile! My name is Lauren and I have a passion for fashion and knitting. I have been knitting since I was 9, and started making up my own patterns not too long after :). Through knitting I discovered my love for design, which brought me out to NYC where I have been living and working as an intimate apparel designer for juniors and girls since 2005. Girly Knits is all about fun, fashion, color, and humor, and bringing out your girly cuteness! While most of my designs are originally intended for women and teens, I now make sure to include girls sizes as well :) I put the utmost care into my patterns to make them customizable, easy and entertaining to read, and make sure to include lots of pictures and resources to take the headache out of following directions.
