Started getting into crafting by watching my mom sew- she never officially taught me, but let me tinker around on her vintage Singer. I got into cross-stitch and latch-hook, although rarely finished a project (craft ADD perhaps?). Also taught myself to knit from a book as a kid, and recently picked up crochet via the wonderful invention of youtube (way easier!).
