I've been a General Contractor by trade since 1990 but enjoy doing cake design and sugar flowers. They both have an attracting artistic appeal. I have a cake site to display my cakes designs--limited as they are at the present. I've taken classes at ISAC with sugar artist Nicholas Lodge to enhance my ability and techniques. A great class!
