I find translating the beauty of nature into a one-of-a-kind knitted garment to be a fascinating puzzle. Designing is a blast and I very much enjoy seeing a project go from an initial design sketch to a finished product and pattern. Even better is seeing another knitter confidently and easily knit up one of my pattern designs. Having two little ones myself, I understand how picky children can be about clothing, especially knitted ones. I design all my patterns with the comfort and ease of movement that energetic children need, in mind.
