Provienciales, Turks and Caico

I started off training to be a pastry chef and then switched over to Culinary Arts mostly because of fear. However, I have a deep love for cake decorating and after taking on Cake Decorating class at Johnson & Wales I was hooked. Am no longer working as a chef but as a 4 Star Hotel Receptionist who has a passion for cakes, and sugar craft. I intend to pursue my dream of opening a small cake decorating studio.
