I've always enjoyed crafting of one type or another. My Pop (grandfather) was a tin can crafter after he retired from the fire department. He and my grandma would take their RV and winter in the southwest and hit the craft fair circuit. He created marvelous, wonderful things out of tin cans and my grandma would sew cushions and things to go with them. I still have a number of things he created, along with all of the books he wrote on the subject. My other grandma was an artist and a quilter. My grandfather was the cook in their family. Each of my grandparent -- and my parents as well -- influenced my creativity greatly and in a variety of outlets, too! I like creating things from nature. I love quilting and sewing and needlework. I'm not good at it, but I love to crochet and knit. I love to draw and doodle and zentangle. I love to bake and cook and try new recipes ... and perfect old ones. :)
