I have been so obsessed by the art of sugar craft. Have been making birthday cakes since my first son was born, but nothing like fondant covered and decorated cakes.
I love making sugar flowers - clean, delicate, gentle and romantic. My ultimate goal will be making a stunning wedding cake with lots lots of beautiful sugar flowers.
