I am absolutely a craft-a-holic, and I am so thrilled to have found Craftsy to help channel my urges :) On top of my day job (I work in a jewelry store), I upkeep a blog( ShowAndTellMeg.blogspot.com/) where I focus on things that can help improve your daily life - mainly anything that interests me from deals and coupons to crafts, etc. I'm a novice sewist - I have sewn since I was about 10, but only recently have I decided to progress to actual garments for myself that aren't Halloween costumes. I also love what I call my 'Granny Craft' called Swedish Weave. I usually never see much on it anywhere, so I love to teach others how to do it. I'm still trying to learn how to crochet and knit (I have never learned more than the basic 1 stitch). Anyway, most any craft draws my attention and I always try to figure out how to make the things I love. I'm delighted with the little tips and tricks I have learned on Craftsy and look forward to being an active community member :)
