About 2years ago I took up the courage to teach myself and a co-worker fondant work. today we make wedding cakes, etc. but still have a lot to learn. Thats why I joined Craftsy and also watch a lot of You Tube tutorials. The Craftsy tutorial's that I have watched up to now did help me a lot. Tks for all the tips and tricks.
