I started knitting doll clothes when I was about 8. My grandmother was my teacher and my inspiration. I continued to knit and crochet while my children were young, then went to work and left it all behind for some 30 years. I picked up my knitting about 2 years ago and have become obsessed! I love all the posts on the various sites about those whose yarn stash is taking over their home. This would be me!
Right now I am learning lace and love it. I began with a Craftsy online workshop and away I went. My family is beginning to understand that they will be getting lace projects for every Christmas, birthday and other gifting celebrations now and into the known future!
