I enjoy all sorts of crafts. As I have gotten older I have found it to be more fun, the more challenging of a project. I started knitting 3 years ago self taught. Crocheting I learned as a child from my grandmother. Sewing, well, another story, I was in High School and had home economics. Project was a sweatshirt. Wanted to share that was not my proudest moment. Failure and I failed the sewing proportion. Never wanted to sew again. My deceased uncle kept calling my Nail Studio my sewing room, was funny cause I never even owned one. One day a sewing machine appeared at my door step.. Kind of like a lost puppy. Too cute to pass up. I started sewing, it is amazing.... I know own 4 really good sewing machines and at the present moment dedicate most of my time to learning the craft of sewing. It has been one year, that I have learned and I have learned to sew home decor, clothes, quilts and free motion sewing with trupunto.
