I've been dabbling in making jewelry for about 10 years now. I make bracelets, earrings and necklaces. I've always been interested in creating - I started taking nature photos (trees, flowers, storm clouds) when I was about 12 years old, Eventually expanding my subjects to animals and birds. I started crafting decades ago - back then I was sketching, painting and doing watercolors. I moved on to making stuff with craft paper, craft sticks, paint, glue, inks, stamps - you name it - I worked with it. Then I moved on to making painted stained glass art. When I get bored with one thing, I pick up another, For the past 10 years - my craft of choice has been jewelry making. My dining room looks like a craft store. I love being creative and how the mind works when you are designing something and how you feel when you've completed a project and it looks wonderful. I'll never stop taking photos and making 'stuff'. It's such a large part of me, I just wouldn't be me if I didn't do it.
