I learned to sew at a young age and on my own (just a few lessons from the women in my life) I always wanted to make a real quilt from start to finish. I have made many and sold many - none planned out from a pattern. Watching these course has helped me understand the basics plus so much more. I enjoy trying my spin on the blocks as I am only using what I have on stock. After the year is over I will then see just what I want to make for me.
