I was lucky to have a wonderful sewing teacher in middle school home ec, access to a sewing machine at home, and a granny who taught me how to knit. I love fiber art, craft and fashion sewing, knitting and crochet, and just completed my first quilt (January thru July 2012) after taking a few Craftsy classes and many years of watching PBS shows. I have an absolute love of linen and batik fabrics, geisha prints, and rayon.

Craftsy Member since January 2012
