I have always been a manual and creative person. Dough, wood, paper, fabric, bins...everything went through my hands... Both my grandmothers were excellent knitters. They taught me the basic knitting stitches when I was about 7 years old. I adore knitting but my poor joints don't allow me to enjoy knitting for hours.
